Origin
A luleeba is an untorn banana leaf, which was used in the past for bathing the way basins are used today. It is made by following process:
- The stalk of the banana leaf is removed and then the leaf is dried in the sun
- It is then laid in a shallow hole, or between carefully arranged banana stems, to give it the right shape for carrying the maximum amount of water
